How to use

Place the mat on a flat, stable floor in front of your standing desk so your feet rest fully on the surface. Use the mat when alternating between sitting and standing or during extended standing periods; the cushioning reduces pressure on feet and legs. Keep the mat clean by wiping with a damp cloth and mild detergent when necessary.

Recommendations

For best results, alternate between standing and sitting throughout the workday and ensure your workstation is set at an ergonomic height. Avoid placing the mat on uneven or wet surfaces to maintain stability and longevity.
