How to use

Place the loudspeaker on a stable floor surface or an appropriate speaker stand at ear level for nearfield monitoring. Connect the audio source or interface using the wired XLR input, set the desired EQ and crossover settings if required, and power the unit. For bi-amping, use separate amplifier channels according to the manufacturer's wiring recommendations. Allow a short warm-up period for the drivers to reach stable performance before critical listening or mixing.

Recommendations

For accurate monitoring, position the HS5 as part of a stereo pair at equal distance from the listening position and away from reflective surfaces. Use the built-in equalizer sparingly and calibrate levels to avoid clipping; the speaker is intended for indoor use and should not be exposed to outdoor elements.
