Bisagra para portátiles Acer — modelo 33.HGLN7.002 (bisagra de portátil de repuesto)

Replacement hinge for Acer laptops — model 33.HGLN7.002 is a spare display hinge designed to restore correct opening/closing movement and screen alignment on compatible Acer notebook models. This part serves as a direct replacement for worn, damaged or loose hinges and is intended for repair tasks where original fit and function are required. The component is supplied without additional cables or display assemblies and is suitable for professional technicians as well as experienced DIY users who perform laptop body and screen repairs.

Advantages

The hinge offers a direct-fit design that matches the mechanical mounting points and pivot geometry used in the original assembly, providing stable display positioning and consistent tension during lid movement. Manufactured to meet the mechanical requirements of the laptop chassis, the part helps eliminate wobble, misalignment and unusual resistance when opening or closing the screen. Using a correct replacement hinge reduces the risk of further damage to the display bezel and internal cables caused by a failing hinge.

Suitable for

• Repairing display opening/closing mechanism on compatible Acer laptops
• Replacing worn or broken hinge hardware that causes screen wobble or misalignment
• Professional laptop refurbishment and component-level servicing
• Experienced DIY laptop repair and parts replacement

Key specifications

• Function: display hinge for laptop lid movement and positioning
• Compatibility: designed for Acer notebook models that use this hinge type
• Material: metal hinge assembly with mounting brackets (standard laptop hinge construction)
• Mounting: screw-fixed attachment points for chassis and display bezel
• Condition: replacement spare part intended for repair and restoration of hinge function

How to use

Power off the laptop, remove the battery if accessible and disconnect any external power. Disassemble the display bezel and any necessary trim to access the hinge mounting points, taking care to detach display cables or antenna leads if they obstruct removal. Unscrew the original hinge from the chassis and display assembly, then install the replacement hinge by aligning mounting holes and securing screws to the specified torque for the model. Re-route and reconnect any cables, reassemble the bezel and test the display movement to ensure correct tension and alignment before fully tightening all fasteners.

Recommendations

Use proper ESD precautions and the correct screwdrivers to avoid damage to plastic trim and screw heads. If unsure about compatibility or the disassembly process, consult a service manual for the specific Acer model or seek assistance from a trained technician to ensure safe and correct installation.
