How to use

Secure the brush in a compatible rotary tool or angle grinder with a 6 mm collet or chuck. Run the tool at the manufacturer’s recommended speed for wire cup brushes, keeping the brush at a shallow angle to the workpiece and applying light, even pressure. Move the brush continuously to avoid concentrating wear in one spot. Inspect the brush and workpiece frequently and stop if wire breakage or excessive wear is visible.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment including safety glasses, gloves and respiratory protection if working with coatings or rust dust. Do not exceed the maximum safe operating speed of your tool or the brush. Replace the brush when wire wear or deformation reduces effectiveness.
