Bosch 2608621821 disco de fibra O 115 mm grano 60 25 uds. acero inoxidable disco de lijar

The Bosch 2608621821 sanding disc is a 115 mm abrasive disc with 60-grit designed for work on stainless steel and other metal surfaces. Supplied in a pack of 25, the orange fibre construction supports aggressive material removal while maintaining a consistent surface finish. The disc’s central bore matches common back-up pads, enabling secure mounting on angle grinders and sanding machines for professional metalworking tasks.

Advantages

These fibre sanding discs combine durable abrasive grains with a reinforced backing to deliver rapid stock removal and a uniform scratch pattern. The 60-grit specification provides a balance between cutting speed and surface control suitable for preparing stainless steel for further finishing. The pack quantity reduces downtime for frequent disc changes in workshop settings.

Suitable for

• Sanding and blending weld seams on stainless steel
• Surface preparation before polishing or coating
• Removing mill scale, rust or paint from metal parts
• Shaping and deburring metal edges

Key specifications

• Diameter: 115 mm
• Abrasive grit: 60 (medium-coarse)
• Bore diameter: 22.2 mm
• Material compatibility: stainless steel and other ferrous metals
• Pack quantity: 25 discs
• Colour: orange (indicates heavy-duty fibre construction)

How to use

Fit the sanding disc to a compatible backing pad and secure it on the grinder or sander according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Operate the machine at the recommended speed for fibre discs and apply steady, even pressure; avoid excessive force that can overheat the workpiece or wear the disc prematurely. Move the disc across the surface in controlled passes, checking progress frequently and changing discs when abrasive performance diminishes.

Recommendations

Use suitable personal protective equipment including eye protection, gloves and respiratory protection when working with metal dust. Match disc speed ratings to the tool’s operating speed and inspect backing pads and discs for damage before use. For finer finishing after 60-grit work, follow with higher-grit abrasives or polishing steps as needed.
