The HJC CALIDO MT GL cycling helmet in dark blue is a lightweight, adult unisex helmet designed for urban and recreational cycling. Size S fits head circumferences from 51 to 56 cm and the in-mold construction keeps the total helmet weight around 280 g. The helmet features four vents for airflow, an adjustable five-step SELFIT fitting system and a buckle clasp for secure closure. No visor is included. Check fit before each use to ensure proper protection.

Advantages

The in-mold construction bonds the outer shell to the impact-absorbing liner for a compact, durable structure while minimizing weight. The SELFIT 5-step fitting system allows quick and precise adjustment for a stable fit, reducing movement during rides. Four ventilation openings provide air circulation to help regulate temperature on urban and recreational routes. A simple buckle clasp offers reliable fastening and easy operation when putting the helmet on or taking it off.

How to use

Place the helmet level on your head so the front edge sits just above the eyebrows. Use the SELFIT 5-step system to tighten the rear adjustment until the helmet feels snug and stable without excessive pressure. Fasten the buckle clasp and adjust the chin straps so they form a V shape beneath the ears; the strap should be tight enough to hold the helmet in place but allow comfortable breathing and jaw movement. Before each ride, check that the helmet does not shift on the head and that the straps and buckle are secure.

Lietošanas ieteikumi

Inspect the helmet regularly for signs of damage or wear and replace it after any significant impact. Store the helmet away from direct sunlight and extreme heat to preserve materials. Follow the manufacturer’s guidance on fit checking before each use.
