Cinta de carrocero Tesa Maler Krepp 4306 19 mm x 50 m, poco rizada

Tesa Maler Krepp 4306 19 mm x 50 m is a masking tape with a weakly creped paper backing designed for painting and surface protection. The tape offers clean paint edges and reliable temporary adhesion on a variety of interior substrates. Its thin, slightly creped paper conforms to irregular surfaces while remaining easy to tear by hand, making it suitable for general painting jobs and surface marking where a narrow-width tape is needed.

Advantages

The weakly creped paper backing provides good conformability and straight paint lines without excessive lift. The adhesive formulation balances secure hold during typical indoor painting tasks and residue-free removal when used within recommended timeframes. Its narrow 19 mm width allows for precise masking in tight areas and along trim, and the 50 m roll length reduces the need for frequent replacements on small to medium projects.

Suitable for

• Masking narrow edges and trim during interior painting
• Temporary protection of surfaces and fixtures
• Detail work on furniture, frames and mouldings
• General-purpose marking and bundling in workshops

Key specifications

• Backing material: weakly creped paper
• Width: 19 mm
• Length: 50 m
• Adhesion type: removable adhesive formulated for indoor painting
• Tearability: easy to tear by hand
• Intended use: indoor painting and surface masking

How to use

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free of dust or grease before applying the tape. Unwind the required length and press the tape firmly along the edge to form a tight seal. For best results, apply pressure along the adhesive edge to prevent paint seepage. Remove the tape slowly and steadily at a low angle after the paint has become touch-dry, following the manufacturer’s recommended removal time to minimise residue and surface damage.

Recommendations

Use the tape on typical indoor substrates such as painted walls, wood and glass. Avoid prolonged outdoor exposure and extended adhesion times beyond those recommended for indoor masking to prevent adhesive transfer. Test on an inconspicuous area if surface sensitivity is a concern.
