How to use

Extend the line between two anchor points, hook the hardened tip onto one surface and pull the line taut to the second point. Use the push-button function to release or rewind the line as needed, and pull the line away from the case using the winding handle or fold it away for storage. For marking, fill the reel with the supplied 60 g of chalk if required and allow the self-chalking line to pick up the powder before snapping the line to transfer a visible chalk line.

Recommendations

Store the chalk line dry and clean to prevent clogging; check the hardened hook and winding mechanism regularly for wear and replace the line if frayed to maintain accurate, reliable marking.
