Cable USB e p CC 502/10 — USB 2.0, USB A (conector macho) a USB B (conector macho), 10 m, negro

e p CC 502/10 is a 10 m USB 2.0 cable with a USB A (male) connector on one end and a USB B (male) connector on the other. The cable is intended for wired connections between computers or hosts and peripheral devices that use a USB-B port, such as printers, scanners and certain external drives. The black jacket provides a discrete appearance suitable for office and home environments while the cable length accommodates setups where devices are placed at a distance from the host.

Advantages

The cable supports USB 2.0 data transfer rates and offers a stable, wired connection without the need for wireless pairing. A 10 m length enables flexible device placement and reduces the need to relocate equipment. Both connectors are standard USB A and USB B form factors, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of legacy and current peripherals that use these interfaces. The simple black design minimizes visual distraction in workspaces.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers or laptops to printers and multifunction devices
• Linking scanners or lab equipment with USB-B ports to a host computer
• Establishing a long-reach connection for point-of-sale hardware or external hubs
• Home office setups where device placement requires extended cable length

Key specifications

• Standard: USB 2.0 (High Speed compatible)
• Connectors: USB A (male) to USB B (male)
• Length: 10 metres
• Colour: Black
• Usage: Data transfer and device connectivity (powered via host where applicable)

How to use

Connect the USB A (male) end to the host computer or USB hub and the USB B (male) end to the peripheral device's USB-B port. Ensure both devices are powered on when required. For reliable data transfer, avoid sharp bends, excessive pulling or placing heavy objects on the cable. If the peripheral requires external power, keep its power adapter connected while using the cable.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the cable for typical USB 2.0 applications such as printing and scanning. If you need higher transfer speeds for data-intensive devices, consider using a USB 3.x compatible cable and interface. Store the cable coiled loosely and avoid tight knots to preserve signal integrity over time.
