How to use

Place food in a vacuum bag, position the open end of the bag in the sealing channel according to the instructions, then close the lid. Press with your thumbs on both sides of the machine to start the automatic vacuuming process; the unit will extract air and then automatically seal the bag. Release pressure after the sealing cycle is complete and remove the sealed bag. For sous-vide use, ensure bags and seals are intact and compatible with your sous-vide cooker.
