How to use

Place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect to a suitable power outlet. Open the cooking basket and add food in a single layer where possible to ensure even hot-air circulation; do not overfill above manufacturer’s maximum fill recommendation. Select the required temperature starting from 80 °C and set the timer using the rotary or touch controls; monitor progress on the LCD display. For best results when frying, shaking or turning food partway through the cycle improves uniform browning. After cooking, switch off and allow components to cool before removing the basket for emptying and cleaning.

Recommendations

Use a light coating of oil for recipes that require crisping, avoid overcrowding the basket to maintain airflow, and consult recipe-specific temperature and time guidelines. Clean the removable basket and tray after each use to maintain performance and hygiene.
