Funda de malla DeLOCK 20825 1 m x 30 mm gris

The DeLOCK braided sleeve 20825 is a heat-resistant protective cover for cables and wires, measuring 1 m in length and 30 mm in outer diameter. Made from durable polyester with grey colour, it protects exposed cables, electrical tubes and wires from dirt, abrasion and mechanical damage while withstanding temperatures from -50 °C to 150 °C.

Advantages

The integrated zip fastener allows easy addition and removal of cables multiple times without tools. The polyester braid provides high abrasion resistance, good flexibility and reliable heat resistance. Its construction enables tidy cable bundling and reduces wear on cable jackets in confined or moving installations.

Suitable for

• Cable bundling and protection in industrial or home environments
• Routing and protecting wiring in appliances, panels or enclosures
• Use on wiring harnesses subject to movement or friction

How to use

Open the braided sleeve using the integrated zip fastener, place the cables or wires inside and close the zip to secure them. Adjust the position of the sleeve along the cable run as needed. For tight installations, gently expand the braid to feed thicker cable bundles through, then allow it to contract around the cables for a snug fit.

Recommendations

For best performance, select a sleeve size that allows the braid to contract around the cables without excessive compression. Avoid exposing the sleeve to direct flames or chemical agents not compatible with polyester; inspect periodically for wear in high-friction or high-temperature applications.
