FreedConn R1 PLUS E is a motorcycle Bluetooth headset and intercom combining hands‑free communication, an integrated action camera and basic media functions. How to use

Mount the headset to a compatible helmet following the supplied mounting instructions and secure any included stickers or fastening tools. Charge the unit fully using the supplied MicroUSB cable; a full charge takes about 4 hours. Pair the headset with a smartphone or other Bluetooth device using the headset's pairing mode; use A2DP/AVRCP for media and HS/HF for calls. To use intercom features, pair additional FreedConn intercom units and follow the intercom pairing procedure to form a group of up to six riders. Start camera recording using the device controls; loop recording and audio capture operate automatically once recording is initiated.
