Hoja de sierra circular Bosch 2 608 644 050 19 cm

The Bosch 2 608 644 050 circular saw blade with a 19 cm diameter and 30 mm bore is designed for cutting wood. Manufactured for compatibility with common circular saws, this single-piece blade provides precise, clean cuts across a range of timber types and panel materials. The blade geometry and tooth design focus on reducing tear-out and delivering uniform cut edges, supporting both renovation tasks and general carpentry work.

Advantages

This circular saw blade delivers consistent cutting performance and stable operation due to its balanced design and appropriately profiled teeth. It provides clean results on solid wood and laminated panels, reducing the need for additional finishing. The 19 cm diameter offers a compromise between compact handling and cutting capacity, making the blade convenient for portable and bench-mounted saws. The standardized bore fits many saw models, facilitating straightforward installation.

Suitable for

• Crosscutting and ripping of softwoods and hardwoods
• Cutting laminated chipboard, MDF and plywood panels
• On-site renovation and carpentry tasks with portable circular saws
• Workshop use on small bench circular saws

Key specifications

• Diameter: 190 mm
• Bore (arbor) diameter: 30 mm
• Material application: wood and wood-based panels
• Pack quantity: single blade
• Compatibility: designed for standard circular saws with matching arbor size

How to use

Before fitting the blade, ensure the saw is disconnected from power. Mount the blade on the saw spindle with the teeth oriented in the correct rotation direction and tighten the arbor nut to the manufacturer's torque specification. Select the proper cutting speed and feed rate for the material being processed; use steady, even feed pressure to avoid chipping. After cutting, allow the blade to come to a full stop before handling or changing it, and inspect the teeth for damage or wear before subsequent use.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection and dust extraction or a mask when cutting. For best edge quality on veneered or laminated surfaces, consider using an auxiliary scoring blade or guide and perform test cuts on scrap material to confirm settings and reduce splintering.
