How to use

Select a compatible orbital or detail sander with a 150 mm hook-and-loop pad. Ensure the workpiece is clean and free of loose debris. Attach a Bosch Expert M480 K240 sanding sheet by aligning the center and pressing firmly onto the sander pad. Start with light pressure and move the tool using steady, overlapping passes across the surface. Maintain a consistent speed and avoid dwelling in one spot to prevent uneven removal or heat build-up. Replace the sheet when abrasive performance decreases or clogging occurs.

Recommendations

For best results, use the K240 sanding sheets for final finishing steps and between coats of paint or varnish. When working on painted or lacquered surfaces, test on a small area first to confirm the desired finish. Keep replacement sheets on hand to maintain consistent sanding quality throughout a job.
