How to use

Select a blade from the set appropriate for the intended material and cut type. Ensure the oscillating multi-tool is disconnected from power before fitting. Align the Starlock interface on the blade with the tool holder and press until the blade locks in place; verify secure engagement before starting. Use controlled feed rates and steady pressure when cutting; allow the blade to do the work rather than forcing it. For precise plunge cuts, mark the cut line clearly and start at low speed to gain control. After use, remove the blade by releasing the tool’s locking mechanism and store blades in a dry place.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection and gloves. Match blade selection to material thickness and the required cut finish. Regularly inspect blades for wear or damage and replace them when cutting performance decreases. When cutting metal, secure workpieces and avoid excessive heat build-up by using intermittent cutting and appropriate speed settings.
