Juego de vasos Hazet 900-SR/5 accionamiento de 1/2 pulgadas vasos hexagonales SW 10–22, 5 piezas

Hazet 900-SR/5 is a compact five-piece set of 1/2" drive hexagon sockets in metric sizes SW 10, 11, 13, 17 and 22. The set is designed for use with 1/2" drive ratchets, torque wrenches and extensions, offering the most commonly needed sizes for automotive repair, maintenance and workshop assembly tasks. Each socket is sized to fit hexagon fasteners and provides a straightforward solution when working on engines, suspension components, machinery and general mechanical connections.

Advantages

The sockets provide precise fit to hexagon fasteners, reducing the risk of rounding. Manufactured to consistent dimensions, they ensure reliable engagement with 1/2" drive tools. The compact five-socket selection simplifies storage and transport and reduces time spent searching for the correct size. The set covers a practical range of metric sizes used frequently in vehicle and equipment service.

Suitable for

• Automotive maintenance and repair
• Workshop assembly and disassembly
• Home mechanical projects and DIY repairs
• Tightening and loosening hexagon bolts and nuts

Key specifications

• Drive size: 1/2" (square drive for ratchets and extensions)
• Sockets included: SW 10, SW 11, SW 13, SW 17, SW 22
• Socket type: hexagon (six-point)
• Quantity: 5 pieces
• Typical applications: metric hex fasteners on vehicles and machinery

How to use

Select the socket with the matching SW size for the fastener head. Mount the socket onto a compatible 1/2" drive ratchet, torque wrench or extension. Position the socket fully onto the hexagon fastener to ensure even contact across all six points, then apply turning force. For torque-controlled operations, use a calibrated torque wrench and set the required torque value. When removing fasteners, apply steady force and avoid sudden jerks to reduce slippage and wear.

Recommendations

Use the sockets with compatible 1/2" drive tools and extensions, and avoid using damaged sockets on rounded or heavily corroded fasteners. For torque-sensitive connections, always use a torque wrench and follow the fastener manufacturer's torque specifications. Store the set in a dry place to prevent corrosion and inspect sockets regularly for deformation or wear.
