Klingspor 3924 Rollo de lija, grano 320, 100 mm x 50 m, óxido de aluminio, dispersión semiabierta sobre papel B, rojo marrón, lijado universal

Woodworkers, painters, and metal fabricators reach for this Klingspor 3924 abrasive roll when they need consistent, high-quality sanding on large surfaces or long production runs. The 50-meter length on a 100 mm wide roll lets you cut custom strips for hand sanding blocks, power tools, or inline sanders without frequent roll changes. The semi-open aluminium oxide coating on flexible B-paper backing resists clogging and delivers uniform scratch patterns on wood, paint, varnish, filler, plastic, and metal.

Key specifications

Why choose it

The semi-open coating prevents premature clogging when sanding soft or resinous woods, paints, and fillers, extending abrasive life and reducing downtime. The flexible B-paper backing conforms to contours and edges without cracking, while the full synthetic resin bond holds grains firmly under heat and pressure. With 50 meters per roll, you get exceptional value for high-volume sanding tasks and can cut to exact length for any tool or hand application.

Ideal use cases

• Fine sanding of wood surfaces before staining or clear coating
• Surface preparation of painted or varnished components for refinishing
• Smoothing filler and putty on automotive or furniture repairs
• Deburring and finishing plastic parts or metal edges
• Production sanding in cabinet shops, joinery, and metalworking

Good to know

Klingspor's PS 33 B series is known for uniform grain distribution and consistent performance across the entire roll. The 320 grit is ideal for final sanding before finishing, leaving a smooth surface ready for paint, varnish, or primer. Store the roll in a dry environment to maintain backing flexibility and adhesive integrity.
