Lápiz de grafito Faber-Castell 580084 B triangular azul

The Graphite Pencil Faber-Castell 580084 B Triangular Blue is a writing and drawing pencil designed for consistent medium-soft marks. It uses a B-grade graphite core to produce smooth, dark lines suitable for handwriting, sketching and shading. The pencil's triangular barrel provides an ergonomic grip that helps reduce finger fatigue during extended use. The barrel is finished in blue and the product is PVC-free, meeting common safety preferences for school and studio environments.

Advantages

The triangular shape offers improved hand positioning and stability compared with round pencils. The B hardness core delivers a balance between darkness and smudge control for general drawing and note-taking. The blue lacquer finish makes the pencil easy to identify among other tools, and the PVC-free formulation reduces exposure to certain plastics often avoided in educational settings.

Suitable for

• Handwriting and note-taking for students and office use
• Sketching and preliminary drawing for artists
• Shading and tonal work in mixed-media sketches
• Comfortable extended writing sessions due to triangular grip

How to use

Sharpen the Graphite Pencil Faber-Castell 580084 B with a suitable sharpener to obtain the required point thickness for your task. For writing and precise line work, maintain a sharper point; for softer shading, use a blunter tip and change the angle of contact. Use light, even pressure to avoid premature breakage of the core. When not in use, store the pencil in a dry place or pencil case to protect the point and finish.

Recommendations

For best results in drawing, combine the B-grade pencil with harder (H) and softer (2B–6B) grades to achieve a wider range of tones. Replace the pencil point as soon as it becomes too short for a comfortable grip, and avoid pressing excessively to extend the life of the core. The triangular shape is particularly useful for users learning to hold a pencil correctly.
