Llave de estrella Gedore 2297248 profundidad 70 mm altura 20 mm peso 920 g

The Gedore combination wrench 2297248 has a uniform width at both ends and a flat profile with a UD cross-section. It is designed for ratchet loosening and fast tightening, offering high torque transfer and a hollow shaft that is comfortable to hold. The tool is hot-forged from vanadium steel and finished with matt chrome plating; the locking insert and pawl are manganese-phosphated. The jaw is precisely ground to spanner size and the geometry is warp-resistant with a double T-girder effect. When used with the separately available adaptor 7 RA or 7 RB, this spanner can be converted into a bit ratchet. A European patent has been applied for.

Advantages

Uniform end size and flat UD profile ensure consistent engagement and access in confined spaces. Variable working angles (7° for 8–15 mm, 6° for 16–27 mm and 5° for 30–36 mm) improve positioning options during use. The hollow profile reduces weight and improves handling while the double T-girder geometry increases stiffness and resists warping. Hot-forged vanadium steel construction with matt chrome plating provides durability and corrosion resistance; manganese-phosphated locking components enhance wear resistance of the ratchet mechanism.

How to use

Select the correct end size for the fastener and position the jaw squarely on the nut or bolt. Use the ratchet function to loosen by reversing the mechanism and to quickly tighten by engaging the forward direction. For bit-driving tasks, fit adaptor 7 RA or 7 RB (sold separately) and insert the appropriate bit. Maintain a firm grip on the hollow shaft and work within the recommended torque limits for the fastener to avoid damage.

Recommendations

Regularly clean and lightly lubricate the ratchet mechanism and locking insert to ensure smooth operation. Inspect the jaw surfaces for wear before use and avoid exceeding recommended torque values for the respective fastener sizes.
