How to use

Adjust the back length first according to your torso measurement, then fasten and tighten the shoulder straps so the pack rests snugly against your back. Secure and tension the padded hip belt to transfer the majority of the load to your hips, and use the sternum strap to stabilize the shoulder straps. Arrange heavier items close to the back and centered to maintain balance, and place frequently used items in accessible pockets. Use the external attachment points for bulky gear such as trekking poles or a sleeping mat.

Recommendations

For optimal comfort on long hikes, periodically readjust straps and load distribution; keep the heaviest items near your lumbar area and use compression straps to reduce shifting. Regularly inspect attachment points and seams for wear when carrying heavy loads, and clean the pack according to manufacturer guidance to maintain fabric breathability and durability.
