Parrilla de contacto Tefal Inicio Adjust GC272D10 con placas antiadherentes y temperatura ajustable

The Tefal Inicio Adjust GC272D10 is a compact contact grill with non-stick cooking plates and an adjustable temperature control. It is designed to deliver even heat distribution across the plate surface for consistent searing and press-grilling of sandwiches, meat, fish and vegetables. The non-stick coating simplifies cleaning after use and the adjustable thermostat allows matching cooking intensity to different ingredients and thicknesses.

Advantages

This contact grill combines a space-saving footprint with adjustable temperature control to suit a range of foods. The non-stick plates reduce the need for added fats and allow food to release easily, while even plate heating supports uniform browning and grill marks. Its compact design makes it practical for everyday home use and quick meal preparation.

Suitable for

• Grilling sandwiches and paninis
• Sealing and grilling thin cuts of meat and poultry
• Cooking fish fillets and seafood
• Grilling vegetables and preparing side dishes

When it may not be suitable

The grill is compact and best suited for small to medium portions; it may not be appropriate for large families or batch cooking when a larger grill surface is required. It is designed for contact grilling and press-style cooking rather than open-flame grilling or high-capacity roasting.

Key specifications

• Cooking plate finish: non-stick coating for easy food release and cleaning
• Temperature control: adjustable thermostat to select cooking intensity
• Heating performance: even heat distribution across plate surfaces for consistent results
• Form factor: compact contact grill suitable for home kitchens and countertop use

How to use

Preheat the grill with the adjustable thermostat to the desired temperature for the food being cooked. Lightly oil the non-stick plates if recommended for specific recipes, place the food on the lower plate and close the lid to apply even pressure. Monitor cooking progress and adjust time or temperature as needed; for sandwiches and paninis, press until desired browning is achieved. After use, allow the unit to cool and wipe the plates with a soft cloth or sponge suitable for non-stick surfaces.

What to consider before purchase

• Required cooking capacity: consider plate size relative to typical portion sizes
• Intended uses: contact press-grilling and searing rather than open-flame cooking
• Cleaning preferences: non-stick plates simplify maintenance but require non-abrasive cleaning tools

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the grill to the recommended temperature for your recipe, avoid metal utensils on the non-stick surface, and clean the plates with mild detergent and a soft cloth after cooling. Adjust the temperature to match food thickness—lower settings for delicate fish and vegetables, higher settings for quick searing of meats.
