Tips

For optimal performance, place the feeder on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight and moisture. Use only dry kibble within the recommended size range to prevent clogging. Replace the desiccant bag monthly to keep food fresh. If you experience Wi-Fi connectivity issues, ensure your router is set to 2.4GHz and the feeder is within range. Clean the stainless steel trays regularly with mild soap and water; they are not dishwasher safe. For multi-pet households, consider using the dual trays to separate meals or feed pets in different areas.
