Racor EK Water Blocks latón oro 7mm altura 1,65cm diámetro

The EK Water Blocks 3831109849965 Brass Gold 7mm Height 1.65cm Diameter is a compact brass fitting engineered for PC liquid cooling systems. Finished in genuine gold plating over nickel-plated CNC-machined brass and sealed with EPDM O-rings, this static male+female threaded extender provides a short, robust extension of a G1/4" port to improve accessibility and routing in tight layouts. The product is part of the EK-Quantum Torque family and combines precision machining with a slim profile useful where port spacing or clearance limits connectivity.

Advantages

This brass gold extender offers precise CNC machining, durable plating and reliable EPDM sealing for leak-resistant connections. Its small 7 mm height and 1.65 cm diameter minimize added bulk while providing a secure G1/4" extension that helps reduce tubing bends and improves component access. The static design ensures a stable connection when rotation is not required.

Suitable for

• Extending G1/4" ports on water blocks, radiators and pumps
• Improving tubing routing in compact or densely packed PC builds
• Situations with limited port clearance or closely spaced fittings
• Custom liquid-cooling loops where a short, sturdy extender is preferred

Key specifications

• Material: CNC-machined brass with nickel underplating and genuine gold plating
• Sealing: EPDM O-rings
• Thread type: G1/4" male + female static extender
• Height (extension): 7 mm
• Outer diameter: 1.65 cm
• Design family: EK-Quantum Torque series (static extender, non-rotatable)

How to use

Thread the male end into the original G1/4" port on the component until hand-tight, ensuring the EPDM O-rings are properly seated on the mating surfaces to maintain a seal. Then attach the tubing fitting or component to the female thread and tighten to the required torque using appropriate tools if needed. Because this is a static extender, avoid attempting to rotate the extender itself during installation; rotate the mating fitting instead to align tubing orientation. Inspect connections for leaks after the loop is filled and pressurized.

Recommendations

Use the extender when port spacing or clearance prevents direct attachment of fittings or when a short, fixed offset improves tubing routing. Do not apply excessive force or attempt to use the extender as a swivel; follow recommended torque values for G1/4" fittings and replace O-rings if damaged before installation.
