Rothenberger 1500004350 cartucho desmineralizador para agua de llenado de calefacción

Where ordinary water softeners merely exchange ions, the Rothenberger 1500004350 demineralization cartridge deploys high-capacity mixed-bed resin to strip both calcium and magnesium down to residual hardness below 0.1 °dH. This ensures fill and top-up water for heating systems meets VDI 2035 requirements, preventing limescale and corrosion in condensing boilers and heat pumps.

Highlights

• High-performance mixed-bed resin delivers fully demineralized water with conductivity under 100 µS/cm
• Generous capacity: up to 3000 liters at 10 °dH or 1500 liters at 20 °dH input hardness
• Integrated pH stabilization protects system components from acidic or alkaline corrosion
• Quick connection via R 3/4" internal thread for tool-free installation on Rothenberger ROFILL filling stations
• Disposable design eliminates regeneration chemicals and maintenance downtime

In daily use

Heating engineers and facility managers rely on this cartridge to condition fill and top-up water directly at the point of entry. The robust plastic housing withstands operating pressures up to 6 bar and temperatures up to 60 °C, while the high flow rate of 1000 l/h ensures rapid filling without compromising water quality. Simply connect the cartridge to a compatible ROFILL station, monitor the integrated conductivity indicator, and replace the cartridge when the resin is exhausted—no backwashing or chemical handling required.
