Ruckus Commscope/WatchDog Advance Replacement 12 meses T350 todos (823-T350-1000)

For network operators who cannot afford downtime on outdoor Wi-Fi, the Ruckus WatchDog Advance Replacement service for T350 Series access points delivers a pre-shipped replacement unit within one business day of a confirmed hardware failure. Unlike standard warranty returns that leave a coverage gap for days or weeks, this service keeps your wireless infrastructure intact by putting a replacement in your hands before you send back the defective device. The program covers the entire T350 family, including all regional variants and sub-models, making it a single SKU solution for mixed deployments.

Highlights

• Advance replacement: replacement unit ships before defective unit is returned
• Next business day SLA for rapid recovery
• 12 months of coverage per device
• Supports all Ruckus T350 Series access points
• Electronic registration and delivery – no physical media
• Backed by CommScope's WatchDog service program

In daily use

When a T350 access point fails, you open a support case with Ruckus. After verification, a replacement unit is dispatched to arrive by the next business day. You swap the hardware, return the defective unit using the provided shipping label, and your network is back to full strength with minimal disruption. This service is ideal for outdoor enterprise campuses, stadiums, and industrial sites where a single AP outage can create dead zones for hundreds of users.
