Advantages

HSS-Co base material with cobalt content provides high hot hardness and wear resistance. TiAlN coating offers excellent oxidation resistance and low friction, enabling higher cutting speeds and dry machining. Form C chamfer (2-3 threads) ensures reliable thread start and chip evacuation in through holes. Straight flutes with right-hand cutting direction suit conventional machine tapping.
