How to use

Preheat the pan gently on low to medium heat before adding oil or ingredients to protect the ceramic non-stick surface. Use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the Thermolon coating. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing; hand washing with warm soapy water is recommended to prolong the non-stick performance. The detachable handle should be removed if specified by the manufacturer for oven use and reattached before storing or using on the stovetop.

Recommendations

Avoid exposing the pan to very high direct heat beyond the specified oven-safe limit (200°C) and do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool on the ceramic surface.
