Segmento de corte de diamante, Bosch 2608601749, 62 x 450 mm (1 1/4 pulgadas)

Bosch 2608601749 diamond cutting segment is a replacement segment designed for compatible 450 mm circular blades with a 62 mm segment height and 1 1/4" connection. It restores the cutting edge and maintains the original cutting geometry of diamond blades used in masonry and construction material applications. The segment is manufactured to deliver consistent wear characteristics and to prolong the service life of segmented blades when professionally fitted.

Advantages

The diamond segment provides high abrasion resistance and stable cutting performance on hard materials such as concrete, brick and block. Its construction supports consistent cutting depth and low vibration when mounted correctly. Using a replacement segment reduces the need for full blade replacement and helps maintain productivity on site.

Suitable for

• Replacement of worn segments on compatible 450 mm segmented cutting blades
• Cutting masonry materials: concrete, reinforced concrete, bricks and blocks
• Site and workshop blade maintenance to extend blade service life

Key specifications

• Segment height: 62 mm
• Connection size: 1 1/4"
• Designed for use with 450 mm diameter blades
• Material: diamond abrasive segment bonded to steel carrier
• Intended application: dry and wet cutting of masonry and construction materials

How to use

Ensure the host blade and machine are compatible with a 62 mm segment height and 1 1/4" connection before fitting. Remove the worn segment and clean the mounting area on the blade. Securely fix the replacement segment according to the blade manufacturer’s instructions and any applicable safety standards. After installation, check run-out and balance before resuming cutting operations. Use appropriate personal protective equipment and follow machine operating guidelines for the specific cutting task.

Recommendations

For best results, install replacement segments in matching sets and perform routine inspections of segment wear and bonding integrity. Match cutting method (dry or wet) to the blade and segment design, and avoid excessive feed rates or side loads that can accelerate wear or cause damage.
