SILVER FREZY set de fresas de asiento y corte con inyector de 17 piezas

In a busy diesel workshop, a technician faces a common problem: carbon deposits and corrosion on injector seats causing poor sealing and compression loss. The SILVER FREZY Injector Seat Reamer & Cutter Set 17-Piece provides the precise tools needed to restore injector seats on common rail diesel engines. This comprehensive set includes flat and angled reamers in the most popular sizes (15x19 mm, 17x17 mm, 17x19 mm, 17x21 mm) to fit Bosch, Delphi, Mercedes, Fiat, Iveco, and many others. The reamers are made from high-carbon steel for durability and clean cutting. A 19 mm pilot shaft ensures accurate alignment, while the T-handle with 19 mm drive offers comfortable torque. Three wire brushes (steel, brass, nylon) help clean the seat area before and after reaming. A reamer adapter and hex key complete the set, all housed in a sturdy blow-molded plastic case for organization and portability.

Why choose it

This set covers the most common injector seat sizes, eliminating the need for multiple separate tools. The high-carbon steel reamers stay sharp and resist wear, ensuring clean, accurate cuts every time. The included pilot shaft and T-handle provide stability and control, reducing the risk of damaging the cylinder head. With three types of wire brushes, you can thoroughly clean the seat area for a perfect seal. The organized case keeps all pieces secure and easy to transport between jobs.

Ideal use cases

• Professional diesel mechanics working on common rail injectors
• Engine rebuilders restoring cylinder heads
• Automotive repair shops specializing in European diesel vehicles
• DIY enthusiasts maintaining their own diesel engines

Good to know

Always use the correct reamer size for your specific injector seat to avoid damage. The pilot shaft should be inserted into the injector bore to guide the reamer concentrically. Clean the seat with the appropriate wire brush before and after reaming to remove debris. The blow-molded case has designated slots for each component, making inventory checks quick and easy.
