Soporte de montaje Simucube GAJO-422 OEM para base de volante Simucube GAJO-422

The Mounting Simucube GAJO-422 OEM mounting bracket for Simucube wheelbase GAJO-422 is a precision-engineered bracket created to provide a stable and accurate physical connection between the Simucube GAJO-422 wheelbase and compatible cockpits or wheel rim adapters. Designed for direct OEM-style installation, the bracket maintains correct alignment of the wheelbase, minimizes play and unwanted movement during force feedback operation, and supports straightforward replacement of original mounting hardware or integration into custom sim racing rigs.

Advantages

This OEM mounting bracket offers a rigid construction and precise fit that help preserve the performance characteristics of the Simucube GAJO-422 wheelbase. Its design reduces vibration transfer and mechanical play, improving repeatability and consistency while driving. The bracket enables easier installation and removal of the wheelbase for maintenance or upgrades and is compatible with many aftermarket cockpit and adapter configurations when used with matching mounting patterns.

Suitable for

• Home and club sim racing cockpits requiring a secure GAJO-422 wheelbase installation
• Replacement of worn or damaged original mounting hardware
• Custom rig builds where precise wheelbase alignment is needed
• Setups that need to minimize mechanical play and vibration transfer to the steering wheel

Key specifications

• Purpose: OEM-style mounting bracket for Simucube GAJO-422 wheelbase
• Compatibility: Designed to match the GAJO-422 wheelbase mounting pattern and common cockpit adapter interfaces
• Function: Provides rigid coupling between wheelbase and cockpit or rim adapter to reduce movement and preserve alignment
• Material and finish: Manufactured from durable metal with a protective finish for long-term mechanical stability (material specifics vary by manufacturer batch)
• Form factor: Compact bracket geometry optimized for direct mounting and clearance with typical sim cockpit structures

How to use

Position the bracket against the Simucube GAJO-422 wheelbase following the wheelbase’s mounting pattern, align mounting holes with the bracket, and secure using appropriate fasteners of the correct size and grade. Attach the opposing side of the bracket to the cockpit structure or wheel rim adapter, ensuring all fasteners are tightened to the recommended torque for structural components. Verify that the wheelbase sits square and centered, check for any unwanted play, and perform a test run at low force settings to confirm stability before full operation.

Recommendations

Use grade-appropriate bolts and threadlocker where required, follow the torque specifications recommended by the wheelbase manufacturer, and periodically inspect mounting points for signs of loosening or wear. When integrating the bracket into custom rigs, confirm clearance for cables and ventilation and perform trial positioning to achieve optimal wheel alignment and driver ergonomics.
