Ventilador EKL Alpenföhn Jetstream PWM slim 120x120x16mm, regulación de velocidad PWM, perfil slim de 120 mm

EKL Alpenföhn Jetstream PWM Slim 120x120x16mm is a low-profile cooling fan designed for use in compact PC builds, radiators and restricted spaces where standard 25 mm fans do not fit. The fan features PWM speed control that enables automatic adjustment of rotational speed via a motherboard PWM header, allowing the cooling performance to match system load while minimizing noise during light operation. Its slim 16 mm profile and 120 mm diameter provide a compromise between airflow and space efficiency for tight installations.

Advantages

The slim form factor allows installation in cases and radiator configurations with limited clearance while maintaining effective airflow. PWM control provides automatic speed regulation for balanced cooling and noise levels. The fan's design focuses on consistent airflow and compatibility with standard 120 mm mounting patterns, making it suitable for a range of PC cooling scenarios. Constructed for continuous operation, it supports system cooling demands without occupying the space of a full-thickness fan.

Suitable for

• Small-form-factor PC cases with limited fan clearance
• Radiators and heatsinks where reduced thickness is required
• Rear or side case mounting in compact builds
• Systems that use motherboard PWM headers for automatic fan control

Key specifications

• Size: 120 mm diameter, 16 mm thickness
• Control: PWM (four-pin) speed control compatible with PWM headers
• Mounting pattern: standard 120 mm bolt spacing
• Intended use: case and radiator cooling in space-restricted installations

How to use

Install the EKL Alpenföhn Jetstream PWM Slim into any compatible 120 mm mounting location with 16 mm clearance. Connect the fan's four-pin PWM cable to a motherboard fan header that supports PWM control to allow automatic speed adjustment based on temperature or system profiles. Secure the fan with screws or compatible mounting hardware designed for 120 mm fans and ensure the airflow direction aligns with the intended intake or exhaust path inside the case. Verify BIOS or operating system fan curves if manual tuning is required.

Recommendations

For optimal results, use the fan on a PWM-controlled header and configure fan curves in the motherboard firmware to balance cooling performance and acoustic levels; ensure sufficient airflow paths and avoid obstructing the slim profile with cables or drive cages.
