3M G3001MUV-VI G31MUW casco de seguridad industrial blanco con sensor Uvicator, EN 397 & EN 50365, cierre de cremallera, ventilado

The 3M G3001MUV-VI G31MUW stands out with its integrated Uvicator sensor, a UV-sensitive indicator that takes the guesswork out of helmet replacement by signalling when the shell has been degraded by sunlight. This white industrial safety helmet combines a vented ABS shell with a 4-point ratchet suspension, meeting both EN 397 for impact protection and EN 50365 for electrical insulation up to 1000 V AC.

Highlights

• Uvicator sensor shows when UV exposure has compromised the helmet
• Vented shell improves air circulation for all-day comfort
• Ratchet suspension adjusts from 54 to 62 cm head circumference
• 30 mm accessory slots accept earmuffs and visors
• Electrically insulated up to 1000 V AC / 1500 V DC

In daily use

The 4-point plastic suspension with ratchet adjustment ensures a secure, personalised fit, while the ventilation openings help reduce heat build-up. The white UV-stabilised ABS shell resists fading and maintains its protective properties over time. The Uvicator sensor gradually changes colour, providing a clear visual cue for scheduled replacement based on actual UV exposure rather than a fixed calendar date.
