Acoplador de fibra óptica DeLOCK LC dúplex hembra a LC dúplex hembra monomodo metal

The DeLOCK Optical Fiber Coupler is designed to connect two LC Duplex female connectors in a single-mode configuration. Housed in a metal shell, the coupler provides a compact and robust solution for direct connections in fiber distribution boxes, cabinets and patch panels. A dust cap is included to protect the sleeve and keep the connection clean.

Advantages

The metal housing offers increased durability and stable alignment of the LC Duplex female to LC Duplex female connection. Its compact dimensions (12.7 mm × 29.2 mm × 9.3 mm) make it suitable for tight installation spaces while maintaining low insertion loss typical for single-mode fiber connections. The included dust cover protects the ferrule from contamination during installation and storage.

Suitable for

• Connecting two single-mode LC Duplex female fiber connectors
• Mounting in optical fiber connection boxes and cabinets
• Use in patch panels and fiber distribution frames

How to use

Remove the protective caps from the LC Duplex connectors and the coupler. Align each LC Duplex female connector with the corresponding sleeve on the coupler and insert until it snaps or seats firmly. After installation, attach the dust cap when the connection is not in use to prevent contamination. Ensure proper cable routing and strain relief in the cabinet or panel to avoid stress on the fiber.

Recommendations

Store and handle the coupler and connectors in a clean environment; always use the dust cap when the coupler is not connected to prevent contamination that can increase insertion loss.
