Acoplador en línea Intellinet, Cat5e, UTP, tipo Keystone, conector hembra 8P8C a conector hembra 8P8C, Negro

The Intellinet Inline Coupler Cat5e UTP is a compact adapter for joining two Cat5e unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cables. It has 8P8C female connectors on both ends, gold-plated contacts and a plastic housing, providing a lightweight and simple solution to extend or patch network cabling while maintaining Cat5e performance per ANSI/TIA/EIA 568 B.2.

Advantages

Gold-plated contacts (50 micron) improve contact reliability and resistance to corrosion. The coupler supports Cat5e UTP performance according to ANSI/TIA/EIA 568 B.2, ensuring suitable bandwidth and signal integrity for typical Ethernet applications. Its small plastic body is lightweight and easy to install in tight spaces without additional tools.

Suitable for

• Extending Cat5e UTP patch cables
• Temporary network connections and cable repairs
• Home and small office Ethernet installations

Key specifications

• Connector type: 8P8C (female) to 8P8C (female)
• Cable type: Unshielded twisted pair (UTP) Cat5e
• Contacts: 50 micron gold plated
• Standards: Compliant with ANSI/TIA/EIA 568 B.2 for Cat5e
• Material: Plastic housing
• Weight and dimensions: approx. 13 g, 16.3 mm (W) x 35 mm (D)

How to use

Insert each Cat5e UTP cable plug (8P8C/RJ45) into the coupler’s female ports until they click into place. Ensure the cable pairs are properly terminated on both ends and that connections are fully seated. To disconnect, press the connector latch and pull the plug straight out. No tools are required for installation.

Recommendations

Use this inline coupler for short, low-latency extensions or temporary repairs; for permanent or long cable runs consider using a single continuous Cat5e cable or structured cabling components to minimise signal loss.
