Acoplamiento de seguridad Aerotec 2005307 para aire comprimido — cierre rápido de seguridad

Aerotec Safety Coupling 2005307 is a quick-release safety connector for compressed air systems. It enables rapid disconnection under pressure to reduce the risk of hose whip and protect tools, fittings and equipment. The coupling is intended for workshop and industrial pneumatic applications where frequent hose changes or added operator safety are required.

Advantages

The safety coupling allows fast, tool-free disconnection of air lines even under pressure, reducing downtime during hose replacement. Its design minimizes potential injuries and equipment damage by releasing pressure in a controlled manner. The coupling is compatible with standard compressed air fittings and simplifies connection procedures in maintenance and production environments.

Suitable for

• Workshop compressed air systems
• Pneumatic hand tools and air-powered equipment
• Industrial maintenance and production lines
• Applications requiring quick hose changes and enhanced operator safety

Key specifications

• Brand: Aerotec
• Model / MPN: 2005307
• Type: Quick-release safety coupling for compressed air
• EAN: 4260479719636

How to use

Connect the coupling to the corresponding mating fitting on the air hose or tool until it locks. To disconnect, operate the coupling's release mechanism according to the mating part design; the safety feature vents residual pressure before full separation. Ensure fittings are clean and undamaged before use and verify secure engagement after connection.

Recommendations

Use the coupling only with compatible compressed air fittings and within the pressure limits of your pneumatic system. Inspect seals and connection surfaces regularly, depressurize the system before any maintenance if required by local procedures, and replace the coupling if signs of damage or excessive wear appear.
