ACT Rojo 7 m LSZH SFTP CAT6A Cable de conexión con conectores RJ45

The ACT Red 7 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patch cable (model IB5007) is a 7 m network cable with RJ45 connectors on both ends and S/FTP shielding for improved noise suppression. The cable uses an LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket, which reduces smoke and toxic gas emissions in case of fire and is compatible with CPR Euroclass Eca. The cable is red and suited for indoor networking where reduced toxic emissions are required.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding minimizes electromagnetic interference and crosstalk for more reliable high-speed data transmission. LSZH jacket material lowers the risk of harmful smoke and halogen gas release during a fire, making the cable preferable in confined or poorly ventilated spaces. Standard RJ45 connectors ensure compatibility with common network equipment.

Suitable for

• Office and data center horizontal cabling
• Wall-mounted patch panels and switches
• Environments where low smoke and zero halogen materials are required (indoors, transport cabins)

Key specifications

• Length: 7 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Cable category: CAT6A
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil with individually screened pairs)
• Jacket material: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Colour: Red
• Brand / Model: ACT IB5007
• CPR Euroclass: Eca

How to use

Connect each RJ45 plug to the corresponding RJ45 ports on your network devices, such as switches, routers or patch panels. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to secure the connection. Route the cable without sharp bends and avoid excessive tension; maintain bend radius recommended for Cat6A cables to preserve signal integrity. For permanent installations, use appropriate cable management and strain relief.

Recommendations

Use this LSZH S/FTP CAT6A patch cable for indoor applications where reduced smoke and halogen emissions are important. Avoid outdoor exposure to direct sunlight and prolonged moisture unless the installation specifically supports such conditions.
