Casete de empalme EFB Elektronik 53100.21

The EFB Elektronik 53100.21 splice tray is a compact holder designed to store and protect up to 12 arc splices. Housed in a durable black casing, this splice tray organizes fiber splice points and provides basic mechanical protection and strain relief for spliced fibers during installation and maintenance. Each pack contains one tray suitable for use in splice cabinets, enclosures, or portable repair kits.

Advantages

The tray accepts up to 12 arc splices in a space-saving form factor and uses a robust black housing to protect splices from mechanical stress and dust. Its simple design allows straightforward placement and routing of fibers, reducing handling time during splicing operations. Supplied as a single unit per pack, it is suitable for incremental inventory and straightforward replacement.

Suitable for

• Organizing and protecting up to 12 fiber arc splices
• Use in splice cabinets, wall enclosures, and local distribution points
• Portable repair or field splicing kits

Key specifications

• Brand: EFB Elektronik
• Manufacturer part number (MPN): 53100.21
• EAN: 4049759027964
• Capacity: 12 arc splices

How to use

Place the splice tray inside the chosen enclosure or cabinet and secure it according to the enclosure’s mounting options. Route prepared fiber pigtails into the tray, position each arc splice within a splice holder area, and secure fibers to provide strain relief and maintain bend radii. Close the housing or enclosure to protect the splices from dust and mechanical disturbance.

Recommendations

Handle fibers with appropriate tools and observe standard fiber-optic safety procedures. Maintain minimum bend radii for fibers and avoid applying excessive force to the splice points. Use the tray within compatible enclosures and verify connectorization and splice integrity after installation.
