The BRAUN Series 8 8617S Wet&Dry SensoAdapt electric foil shaver is engineered for precise daily grooming. It offers both wet and dry shaving modes and operates cordless with a rechargeable battery. SensoAdapt technology continuously reads beard density and adjusts power for an even cut across different face zones, aiming to reduce skin irritation while delivering a close shave. The foil design combined with specialized cutters provides efficient capture of short and long hairs, suitable for routine shaving at home or while traveling.

Advantages

The shaver combines adaptive cutting performance with wet & dry flexibility, enabling use with foam, gel or under the shower. Rechargeable cordless operation and a compact design make it convenient for travel and daily handling. The foil head and multiple cutting elements are designed to handle varying beard densities, helping to maintain skin comfort and reduce the need for repeated strokes. Simple controls and a hygienic cleaning routine contribute to reliable maintenance and long-term use.

Recommendations

Replace foil and cutter components at intervals recommended by the manufacturer to maintain cutting performance.
