Almohadilla de lijado KWB 542834 20 uds.

The KWB 542834 sanding pad set contains 20 delta-shaped sanding discs (96 mm) designed for use with delta/detail sanders. Coated with aluminium oxide abrasive and bonded with phenolic resin on a strong backing, these pads have a hook-and-loop fabric backing and are punched for dust extraction. They are intended for sanding wood and metal surfaces and for removing or smoothing paint, varnish and filler.

Advantages

These 96 mm sanding pads offer durable aluminium oxide abrasive for long life on a range of materials, a rigid backing that maintains shape during use, and a hook-and-loop system for quick attachment and replacement. The punched design supports dust extraction when used with compatible sanders, improving visibility and prolonging abrasive life.

How to use

Attach a sanding pad to a compatible delta or detail sander using the hook-and-loop backing. Start with a coarser grit (if applicable) to remove material or coatings, then progress to finer grits for smoothing and finishing. Keep the sander moving to avoid creating grooves or uneven areas. Use steady, light pressure and let the abrasive do the work.

Recommendations

For best results, use a sander with dust extraction and replace pads when the abrasive is worn or clogged. Store the sanding pads in a dry environment to preserve adhesive and backing performance.
