Almohadilla de lijado KWB 542838 20 uds.

Delta sanding discs KWB 542838 are 96 mm diameter pads with aluminium oxide abrasive and a phenolic-resin bond. The set contains 20 discs with a robust backing and hook-and-loop fabric for quick attachment to delta/detail sanders. They are punched for dust extraction and suitable for sanding wood, metal, paint, varnish and filler.

Advantages

The aluminium oxide coating provides durable cutting performance on a variety of materials while the phenolic resin bond maintains grit integrity under heat and load. The strong backing and hook-and-loop fabric ensure secure mounting and fast disc changes. Punched holes improve dust removal when used with compatible extractors.

How to use

Attach a disc to a compatible 96 mm delta or detail sander using the hook-and-loop backing. Start sanding with moderate pressure and move the sander evenly over the workpiece. For heavy material removal choose coarser grit (if available); finish with finer grit for a smoother surface. Keep the sander moving to avoid gouging and periodically check the disc wear, replacing discs from the 20-piece set as needed.

Recommendations

Wear suitable eye, respiratory and hearing protection. Use dust extraction where possible and select the grit grade appropriate to the task: coarser for rapid stock removal, finer for finishing.
