Almohadilla de montaje TESA 56349-00000-04

tesa® extra Power Transparent is a transparent mounting tape (tense tape) measuring 10 m in length and 48 mm in width, designed to provide strong, age-resistant adhesion on a wide range of smooth and slightly rough surfaces. The tape is weatherproof and waterproof, resists many solvents and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications where a clear, discreet fixing is required.

Advantages

The tape combines high tack and long-term holding power with a transparent appearance that preserves the look of mounted objects. It is resistant to weather and water and tolerates exposure to many common solvents, allowing use in exterior applications and on materials such as acrylic glass without visible residue. The roll format (10 m × 48 mm) is convenient for multiple mounting and repair tasks.

Suitable for

• Mounting lightweight fixtures, trim and plastic parts without drilling
• Temporary or long-term repairs on acrylic glass and other plastics
• Transparent waterproof sealing on convertible car roof tops and outdoor joints
• Indoor attachments where a discreet, clear tape is required

How to use

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust, grease or loose particles. Cut the required length of tape, press it firmly onto the surface and apply even pressure along the entire strip to achieve optimal adhesion. For heavy loads or long-term mounting, allow the tape to bond for several hours before subjecting it to stress. Remove protective liner if present and avoid stretching the tape during application.

Recommendations

For best results, use on clean, non-porous surfaces at moderate temperatures. Avoid applying over highly textured or very porous substrates without prior testing. When used outdoors, check periodically for signs of degradation in extreme conditions; for high-load mounting consider mechanical fastening in addition to the tape.
