How to use

Open the ring mechanism and align punched A4 sheets with the rings, then close the rings to secure the pages. Use the binder to separate documents by subject or project, labelling the cover or inserting divider sheets if needed. Store the binder upright on a shelf or flat in a drawer to reduce pressure on the binding and maintain the shape of the cardboard cover.

Recommendations

For longer storage or frequent handling, consider adding transparent sleeves for individual pages to protect against dirt and moisture. Avoid overfilling beyond the rings' capacity to prevent misalignment and stress on the cardboard cover. Keep away from prolonged exposure to moisture to preserve the cardboard material.
