With the Vintage rice cooker, rice for sushi is very easy to prepare! All you have to do is season the raw fish fillets as you prefer and roll up the sushi for your oriental dinners.

Your light and healthy lunch break

Using the steamer basket, you can also cook multiple dishes at the same time and prepare your meals in no time!

Sauté cooking at high temperature

By setting the sauté cooking mode it is possible to cook meat, vegetables or fish at a high temperature. Try sautéing mussels at home, with Rice Cooker you only need a few minutes to bring all the flavor of the sea to the table.

Slow cooking for the tastiest recipes

With the slow cooking mode Rice Cooker prepares stew, legume and vegetable soups, but also Bolognese sauce. The gentle and long cooking can last up to 5 hours and allows you to maintain a controlled temperature, ideal for longer preparations.

Healthy and genuine Steaming

Thanks to the special steam cooking basket with Rice Cooker you can cook meat, fish and vegetables in a healthy way and without adding fats. In fact, steam, unlike other types of cooking, maintains the nutritional properties of food and all its taste almost unchanged.

How to use

Place the removable rice bowl inside the cooker, add the desired amount of rice and the correct water ratio according to the rice type, then close the lid and select the cooking mode if available. Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet and start the cooking cycle. After the cooker finishes, allow the rice to rest briefly with the lid closed before opening to fluff and serve. Clean the removable bowl and inner surfaces after each use according to the manufacturer’s care instructions.

Recommendations

For best results, rinse rice before cooking to remove excess starch, use the recommended water-to-rice ratio for the rice variety, and avoid overfilling the removable bowl to ensure even steam circulation. Allow the cooker to cool before cleaning and store it in a dry place.
