Advantages

The Kärcher SE 5 supports both dry and wet cleaning, allowing one device to handle dust, debris and liquid accidents. Its 1000 W motor provides sufficient suction power for typical household soils while maintaining reasonable energy consumption. The dust bag system simplifies emptying and reduces direct contact with collected dirt. The compact cylinder design and dual-colour finish make it suitable for storage and visible placement in a utility room or closet.

• Removing small liquid spills and damp dirt
• General household cleaning in apartments and houses

Key specifications

• Cleaning type: Dry and wet cleaning
• Maximum input power: 1000 W
• Suitable surfaces: Carpet and hard floor
• Product colour: White and black

How to use

Before use, attach the appropriate nozzle and ensure a clean dust bag is fitted for dry cleaning or the recommended collection container is in place for wet cleaning. Adjust the nozzle or brush for the surface type—softer settings for carpets and firmer contact for hard floors. Move the vacuum slowly over the surface to allow the suction to pick up dust and debris; for wet spills, vacuum the liquid according to the manufacturer’s wet-cleaning instructions to avoid overfilling. After each session, check and replace the dust bag or empty and dry the collection area as required.

Recommendations

Use the Kärcher SE 5 on dry surfaces with an intact dust bag to maintain suction efficiency; for wet cleaning, monitor the collected liquid level and follow safe emptying procedures. Store the appliance in a dry place and disconnect from power before maintenance.
