ASUS ProArt PA278CGRV Monitor de ordenador 68,6 cm (27 inch) QHD 2560×1440 IPS LCD Plateado, 5 ms, USB‑C, USB 3.2 Hub, altavoces, VESA, altura ajustable

ASUS ProArt PA278CGRV is a 27-inch professional IPS QHD (2560 x 1440) monitor designed for creative work and color‑critical tasks. It offers 97% DCI‑P3 and 100% sRGB coverage, factory calibration with Delta E < 2 and Calman verification for reliable color accuracy. The display supports a 144 Hz variable refresh rate with AMD FreeSync for smoother motion and includes USB‑C with up to 96 W Power Delivery, DisplayPort, HDMI, a built‑in USB 3.2 hub and integrated speakers. An ergonomic stand with height, tilt, swivel and pivot adjustments and VESA compatibility make it suitable for studio and desk setups.

Advantages

The monitor delivers high color fidelity thanks to wide DCI‑P3 coverage, factory calibration and Calman verification, which help ensure consistent results for photo and video editing. USB‑C connectivity with 96 W power delivery and an onboard USB hub simplify cable management and support single‑cable workflows. A 144 Hz refresh rate with AMD FreeSync reduces motion blur during fast previews and on‑screen playback, while the ergonomic stand and VESA mount options enable flexible positioning.

Suitable for

• Photo and video editing requiring accurate color reproduction
• Graphic design, digital painting and illustration
• Productivity and multitasking with multiple connected devices
• Content review and previewing motion material with reduced motion artefacts

When it may not be suitable

This monitor may be more than required for general office tasks or casual browsing where color accuracy and high refresh rates are not essential. Users who need true HDR performance beyond DisplayHDR 400 or deeper native contrast (e.g., for HDR grading) may find higher‑end HDR displays more appropriate.

What to consider before purchase

• Whether 27" QHD resolution and IPS viewing angles meet your workspace and detail requirements
• If 97% DCI‑P3 and Delta E < 2 calibration match your color‑critical workflow needs
• Need for USB‑C power delivery (up to 96 W) for charging laptops via the monitor
• Whether DisplayHDR 400 and the listed contrast meet your expectations for HDR content
• Desk space and mounting options if you plan to use VESA or an alternative arm

Recommendations

For color‑sensitive work, allow the monitor to warm up for 30 minutes and use the factory calibration profile or Calman workflow for consistent results. When using USB‑C, confirm your laptop supports DisplayPort alt mode to enable video over the same cable and ensure your power requirements are within the 96 W delivery limit.
