Auriculares Cisco 561 — auriculares DECT inalámbricos on-ear de una sola oreja con estación base, 50–18.000 Hz, 100 m de alcance, 74,5 g, charcoal

Cisco Headset 561 is a wireless single on-ear DECT headset with a lightweight head-band design and a standard charging/base unit. Designed for office and call-centre environments, it provides a frequency response of 50–18,000 Hz and a wireless operating range up to 100 m, enabling clear voice calls and teleconferencing without tethering to a desk. The headset is supplied in charcoal (grey/black) and weighs 74.5 g, offering a compact supraaural fit that balances isolation and awareness of the surroundings.

Advantages

The DECT wireless connection delivers reliable audio transmission and extended range suitable for busy, open workspaces. The supraaural ear coupling and 74.5 g head-band construction combine to reduce fatigue during extended use while providing sufficient passive noise isolation for focused conversations. The included base unit with standard US/Canada power compatibility provides a central charging and connection point for desk setups.

Suitable for

• Office voice calls and teleconferences
• Call-centre and customer-service agents
• Open-plan workspaces with moderate background noise
• Workstations requiring a compact, single-ear headset

How to use

Place the headset on the head with the ear cup positioned over one ear for single-ear monitoring. Connect the base unit to power using the supplied adapter and place it on the desk to charge the headset and to establish DECT pairing. Use the headset for voice calls and teleconferencing with compatible telephony equipment; follow the device pairing and call-handling procedures provided by your phone system or communications software. Store the headset on its base when not in use to maintain battery charge and ensure it is ready for the next shift.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, keep the base unit within the recommended range and avoid placing large physical obstacles between headset and base. Use the single-ear on-ear fit when you need to monitor the surrounding environment while on calls. Regularly place the headset on the charging base after shifts to preserve battery readiness for continuous office or call-centre operations.
