Why choose it

The opaque BlockOut coating ensures complete coverage of existing text, so your new labels look clean and professional. The permanent adhesive keeps labels securely in place on file folders, binders, and archive boxes, even with frequent handling. Because they are compatible with standard office printers, you can design and print custom labels in-house, saving time and money compared to outsourcing. The FSC certification and PVC-free construction also make them an environmentally responsible choice for your office.

Ideal use cases

• Relabeling existing file folders in legal, medical, or corporate environments
• Creating uniform labels for archive boxes and storage containers
• Organizing project files, client records, and personnel documents
• Producing large, easy-to-read labels for shelf identification

Good to know

These labels are designed for A4 sheet format, so they work seamlessly with standard office printers. Use the free Avery Design & Print Online software to quickly set up your label layout with text, logos, or barcodes. The non-removable adhesive ensures long-term durability, but be sure to position the label correctly before applying, as it cannot be repositioned once stuck. Each pack contains 80 labels, enough for 80 folders or 20 sheets of 4 labels.
