Banco de trabajo para madera Stanley STST83800-1 Bambú Acero Negro Amarillo 625 mm

The Stanley STST83800-1 woodworking workbench is designed for general woodworking and light workshop tasks. Constructed with a bamboo worktop and steel frame, the bench provides a balance of surface durability and structural stability. The adjustable height mechanism spans from 620 mm to 800 mm and the worktop width of 740 mm gives space for clamping, assembly and hand-tool work. The black and yellow finish follows Stanley’s recognizable palette and helps visually integrate with other tools and storage units.

Advantages

The bamboo surface offers a hard-wearing, smooth work area that resists minor cuts and abrasions while remaining environmentally friendly compared to many hardwood tops. The steel frame delivers rigidity and load-bearing capacity for typical bench tasks. Height adjustability allows ergonomic positioning for standing or slightly elevated seating work. The 740 mm wide worktop accommodates medium-size projects, jigs and common fixtures without occupying excessive floor space.

Suitable for

• General woodworking, sanding and planing
• Assembly and small parts fabrication
• Hobbyist and DIY projects in a garage or small workshop
• Light repair, maintenance and tool setup tasks

Key specifications

• Top material: bamboo
• Frame material: steel
• Adjustable height range: 620–800 mm
• Worktop width: 740 mm
• Finish: black and yellow

How to use

Position the workbench on a level surface and ensure all frame fastenings are tightened according to the included assembly instructions. Adjust the height to a comfortable working position within the 620–800 mm range and lock the setting before loading the top. Use the flat bamboo surface for measuring, marking, clamping and assembling components, and employ suitable clamps or vises where secure holding is required. Avoid exposing the bamboo top to excessive moisture or prolonged direct sunlight to maintain surface integrity.

Recommendations

For routine maintenance, wipe the bamboo top with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry immediately. Periodically check frame bolts and height-adjustment mechanisms for tightness. Use protective pads for heavy or sharp objects to reduce surface damage. When performing heavier jobs, distribute loads evenly across the top and avoid exceeding the structural capacity of a compact bench.
