Banholzer&Wenz Fleje de PP pack de rollos pequeños 16 mm x 500 m, 4 rollos, núcleo de 62 mm (30314)

For warehouse and dispatch teams bundling cartons or securing palletised goods, this polypropylene strapping band pack keeps four 500-metre rolls ready at the packing station. Each 16 mm wide band runs on a 62 mm core, so it fits standard manual and semi-automatic strapping tools without re-spooling.

Key specifications

• Material: Polypropylene (PP)
• Band width: 16 mm
• Roll length: 500 m per roll
• Number of rolls: 4
• Total band length: 2000 m
• Core diameter: 62 mm
• Packaging format: Small roll pack

Why choose it

The four-roll pack reduces changeover frequency during high-volume strapping jobs. Polypropylene offers a balance of tensile strength and flexibility, making it suitable for light to medium bundling tasks where a clean, consistent seal is required.

Ideal use cases

• Securing cartons and boxes in dispatch areas
• Bundling pipes, profiles, or textiles for storage
• Feeding semi-automatic strapping machines in packaging lines

Good to know

The 62 mm core is a common size for bench-top strapping tools, allowing the band to feed smoothly without jamming. Each roll is individually wound to prevent tangling during storage and transport.
